PATRIOT PROTECTIVE GROUP SECURITY & INVESTIGATIONS Guard Services provides:
- Uniformed Officers conducting foot patrols are in direct communication with our Dispatch Facility or a Supervisor on duty.
- Immediate intervention and notification of proper authorities during emergency situations.
- Securing, Locking and Unlocking of the facilities and doors or gates as needed.
- Private property parking control and enforcement, which includes issuing Parking Citations and Conducting Tows.
PATRIOT PROTECTIVE GROUP SECURITY & INVESTIGATIONS Patrol Services provide:
- Highly visible, marked Patrol vehicles that will conduct random patrols of your property.
- Use of Patrol Vehicle, using light bar and spotlight to illuminate dark areas that provide concealment for intruders, or, Use of a bike to patrol the area.
PATRIOT PROTECTIVE GROUP SECURITY & INVESTIGATIONS provides both services, unlike many Patrol Companies, which sub-contract to Guard Companies for Patrol Guards. This ensures that our guards have instant communication with our Dispatchers and Roving Supervisors via Radios. Continuous communication between Guards and Supervisors gives our standing Guards immediate assistance should a problem arise.

All of our in-house training is in addition to state required training classes and licensing, which applicants must have completed prior to being hired.

During patrol services, our patrol officers are on site. If a problem is encountered, the Supervisor remain on site for a reasonable amount of time in order to resolve the problem. Following are some of the tasks completed by our patrol officers:
- Patrol Officers are checked on by a supervisor on all shifts.
- Enforcement of trespassing, loitering and curfew violations.
- Site searches for prowlers and suspicious activity (use of spot light illumination and foot patrol).
- Issuance of parking violation notices.
- Towing of vehicles (in compliance with of the Vehicle Code).
All of Patriot Protective Group Security and Investigations Patrol vehicles are equipped with Teletrac. Teletrc is among the newest technologies, Teletrac enables Patriot to track our Patrol vehicles on and off your property, and the Security as a customer of knowing that your needs are being met in the most efficient (and least costly) way.
